Anna Sui's Mystery Windows Near Columbus Circle

Annasuihearst
The highly touted Hearst Tower has gotten no shortage of press or publicity, and yet aside from a side street Kinko's unit, most of its retail space remains unleased, particularly its Eighth Avenue frontage...until now?
Earlier today we noticed windows display being installed for Anna Sui in her signature Victorian/psychedelic style at the 56th Street corner entrance which momentarily made us wonder if Sui had chosen to open a store there. We can probably agree that 56th and Eighth is not exactly a prime spot for  a trendy designer boutique, and yet right next door, a similar window was being created for Catherine Malandrino. Inside we spied a lot of raw space, so if there's a store coming, it won't be for a while, but we'll open this question up to the floor:
What is going on in The Hearst Building with Sui and Malandrino?
